The Traditional Wood-Fired Oven Korissia is located in the center of Korissia, on the port of Tzia, and is an integral part of the everyday life of the island's residents and visitors. A bakery has been operating in the same store since 2005, continuing the tradition of bakery in Kea with pure ingredients and care for every detail.

In 2020, Mr. Zeppos Konstantinos took over the bakery, maintaining the traditional wood-fired oven and enriching the production with new, handmade creations. His love for tradition, knowledge and the daily care he devotes to each kneading make the wood-fired oven stand out compared to any modern oven.

At the heart of the bakery is the traditional wood-fired oven, which gives our products a unique aroma, crispy crust and fluffy crumb. Bread, multi-grain pastries, breadsticks, as well as the fluffy pies and doughs that we make with passion, from spinach and cheese pie to chicken pie and chicken nests, are baked there daily.

In our pastry shop, tradition continues with traditional baked almond cakes and aromatic almond paste, genuine Kea pasteli, handmade cookies, tsoureki and cakes, as well as a wide range of cakes, pastries and pasties, ideal for events, weddings and baptisms.

For those who need something quick or a break, we offer take away coffee and fresh sandwiches, so that every moment of the day is accompanied by quality and taste. Each product is made with fresh ingredients, with respect for tradition and love for taste, offering visitors the authentic experience of Kea.

The Traditional Wood-Fired Oven Korissia is not just a bakery; it is a place that connects tradition with everyday life, where each bite tells a story of taste, nostalgia and authenticity. We invite you to try our products and taste the love and passion we put into each creation, because for us, tradition is not just a habit, but a way of life.
