At the port of Tzia, right where the boats dock, you are welcomed by the Traditional Wood-Fired Bakery Korissia, a bakery with a history that has been operating since 2005 and as of 2020 belongs to Mr. Zeppos Konstantinos, who continues the tradition with passion, maintaining the wood-fired oven and enriching the production daily with authentic flavors.

The heart of the bakery is the traditional wood-fired oven, which gives our bread and pastries a unique aroma, crispy crust and fluffy crumb. In the same space we prepare handmade breadsticks, traditional baked almond cakes and almond cakes made from aromatic almond paste, as well as the traditional pasteli of Kea. Our pies and pastries, such as spinach and cheese pie, cheese pie, chicken pie, mushroom pies, pizzas, peinirli, burger pies and chicken nests with cheese, are made daily with fresh ingredients and passion, while the handmade kourou cheese pie is the bakery's trademark.
